The Onwards and Upwards Alpine Chalet nestles under Mount Evian and is owned and operated by mountain lover's Steve and Andrea Ward. Having realised our dream we now welcome you to share it with us. We are ideally located in the French Alps in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, the largest ski area in the world. Using our chalet bus we will transport you to and from the nearest skiing only a few minutes away or to the beautiful resort of Morzine which is a 10-minute (5 km) ride away. We are into our fifth season and we embrace the opportunity to welcome back many of our clients and their friends. We pride ourselves on offering you a home from home atmosphere, great food, a place to just simply sit back and unwind whilst we take care of the rest. The chalet's balconies really give you the opportunity to soak up the mountain scenery and the chalet's garden is a suntrap for summer barbecues and a great place to relax on those great sunny winter afternoons. And new for this season an outdoor hot tub. If you have visited the Alps during the winter why not try it for the summer too. The area is renowned for its wide range of summer activities, whether you are an adrenaline junkie or just want a quiet stroll in the meadows. You won't be disappointed!
